Our team achieved a number of goals in 2022, improving technologies and developing new features. We have tested new ideas together with our partners, such as: enhanced vocabulary control, interactive checklists, analytical reports, advanced filtering and much more.
In addition to progress with supervisor UI, agent's UI was enriched with feedback interaction. And Admin UI now has more flexibility for user management and access control.
Our plans for the next year 2023 include improving UI/UX to make it the most up-to-date, performance optimization and increasing accuracy of speech recognition and emotion recognition.
